Dr. Bogdan Antonescu
I have a PhD from the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Physics and I have worked as a severe weather forecaster and researcher at the Romanian National Meteorological Administration and as a postdoctoral research associate at the University of Manchester (United Kingdom). I am a Fellow of the Royal Meteorological Society and member of European Severe Storms Laboratory and American Meteorological Society.
My research is in the fields of severe storms, radar, and lightning meteorology (and history of meteorology).
